Golden Retrievers are very sociable, friendly animals. When given adequate exercise you will find them to be very well behaved. This breed will usually alert you to someone entering their territory, however they are not great guard dogs.

This dog was originally breed to be a companion for the hunter. He is a loyal and loving dog. This breed does well when introduced to new people, including possible robbers! They love everybody!
