If you are interested in taking your Beagle to a dog park, make sure to check with other dog owners to find a park that is well run with few instances of dogs showing aggression to others, possibly even biting or other injuries.
The well trained Beagle is a great dog to take to public places. This breed is great with kids and adults and absolutely will love all the attention he will be given. If a local fair allows pets you may wish to take your dog. Taking your dog with you to a local fair is a great way to meet other dog owners and to also continue to "socialize" your dog. It is by these informal introductions, of one dog to another, that they learn how to behave when meeting another animal.
